Making the Blueprint

Time to get those ideas on paper. Our architects will work their magic, creating detailed plans that not only look great but also sail through the permit office. We will also handle all the paperwork and obtain permits from the concerned authority.

Prepare Site and Construct Foundation

We carefully prepare the construction site, addressing any existing issues, such as drainage. A solid foundation is then built and designed to integrate seamlessly with your home's current structure.

Frame and Weatherproof

Next, we will build the framework for the new structure, followed by the installation of sheathing, roofing, doors, and windows. This stage focuses on creating a weathertight structure.

Install Mechanical Systems

Up next, we will rough in all the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC elements, meaning we will complete the wiring, ductwork, and piping while the floors, walls, and ceilings are still in their raw framed condition. 

Interior Finishing

This stage involves insulation installation, drywall application, and all interior finishes such as flooring, painting, and trim work. We focus on creating a cohesive look with your existing home.

Complete Exterior and Landscaping

The final phase of the construction is reserved for the remaining exterior work, such as siding or stucco application. We also restore or enhance the landscaping affected by construction, ensuring your property looks polished and well-integrated.
