Site Preparation

We clear vegetation, remove debris, and level the land. Our team conducts soil tests to determine composition and load-bearing capacity. Foundation Construction

This stage involves pouring concrete to create a solid base for your house. It also includes constructing basement walls, if applicable, to provide a sturdy underground space. We apply exterior waterproofing membranes and install perimeter drainage systems to prevent water infiltration.

Framing

For this purpose, we erect wood or steel studs to form walls, floors, and roof trusses. Proper spacing and alignment of these components are the keys to structural integrity. Sheathing, such as plywood or oriented strand board (OSB), is installed over the framing to provide rigidity and support for exterior finishes.

Roofing

Underlayment goes down first, with ice and water shields in vulnerable areas. We apply roofing materials - be it shingles, tiles, or metal panels - to manufacturer specifications. Proper flashing protects chimneys, vents, and valleys. For attic ventilation, we incorporate ridge vents and soffit vents.

Plumbing and Electrical Rough-Ins

Once the basic framing of the building is complete, we lay out the electrical lines, mounting junction boxes, and pulling wiring through the walls. In this phase, everything remains exposed, with no connections to switches, outlets, or devices. For plumbing rough-in, we start by installing drain pipes followed by running water supply lines and laying underground pipes. All systems undergo pressure testing or inspection before wall closure.
